You can enable the raise to wake feature by following these steps:

1. Turn on the Health Smartwatch 3 
2. From the home screen press the power button
3. Scroll down
4. Tap on Settings 
5. Enable Wake Gesture

Enable Raise to Wake feature from the app: 

1. Open the app
2. Go to “Device” 
3. Tap on More settings 
4. Enable “Lift your wrist to turn on the screen”
