- Turn on the Health Smartwatch 3
- press the right button to open more options
- Go to “Clock”
- Select Timer/Stopwatch/AlarmOpen the VeryFit app
- down at the bottom, go to “Device”
- Go to “more settings”
- tap the “Music Control”
- You may turn on/off the Music Control
